1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided:
– The product is unused and in its original condition
– The product is in its original packaging with all accessories included
– Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is provided

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Custom-made or specially fabricated hydraulic equipment
– Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence
– Products with broken seals or modified in any way

3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
Step 1: Email us at info@bmkhydraulics.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
Step 3: Once approved, ship the item to our address below (return shipping costs are borne by the customer).
Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. REFUNDS
– Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
